11-Year-Old Alexa Earns Golden Buzzer With Dancing Dogs Act
11-year-old Alexa Lauenburger made waves after earning the coveted golden buzzer on Britain’s Got Talent with her amazing dancing dogs.
The world was first introduced to young Alexa in 2017 when she competed on the German rendition of Britain’s Got Talent. She went on the win the entire series with her furry friends right by her side.
Now, this teen is back on the big stage as a contestant on Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions. This special format features 45 competitors from all of the Got Talent franchises.
For six weeks, these all-stars will battle it out to see who will be crowned the ultimate champion. The list of contenders includes past winners, finalists and fan-favorites, so everyone is going to bring their best. And that’s just what Alexa did for her first performance.
Her circus themed act featured eight trained dogs with Alexa leading them through tons of difficult tricks and acrobatic challenges. Along the way, this young girl even shows off her own skills as she flips around the stage while conducting the energetic canines.
One by one, each dog gets their moment in the spotlight and they prove just why they were winners in the first place. I have no idea how this young girl was able to train all of these dogs, but it’s absolutely incredible to witness.
By the end, all eight dogs were even walking in a perfect conga line. That is downright impressive. With an act like that, no wonder hosts Ant and Dec were moved to press their golden buzzer.
Now, we’ll be seeing Alexa in the finals and it’s sure to be another unforgettable moment.
