12-Year-Old Jake Impresses Judges With Love Song On The Voice Kids

12-year-old Jake used his big voice to impress the judges on The Voice Kids during the blind audition. Jake was a contestant on the first season of The Voice Kids UK. During his initial performance, the teen belted out the lyrics of the hit song ‘All Of Me.’

“Give your all to me
I'll give my all to you
You're my end and my beginning
Even when I lose I'm winning
'Cause I give you all, all of me
And you give me all, all of you”

This R&B song was originally released by John Legend in 2013. It quickly became a smash hit reaching number one on the Billboard charts. Over the years, many artists have lent their voices to the tune.

Today, young Jake is putting his own spin on the song and it’s absolutely amazing. Just listen as he steps onto The Voice stage for the blind auditions. He sings every single note with passion and tenacity. It’s obvious that this young man is putting everything he has into the power ballad. Even though the judges looked impressed, none of them were turning around.

The song continued and I feared that this teen would not make it to the next round of competition. Then, at the very last second, judge Will pressed his button and welcomed Jake to his team. The 12-year-old made it all the way to the finals of the competition. And, with a voice like that, I’m sure we’ll be hearing a lot more from Jake in the future.
