O say can you see by the dawn's early light
What so proudly we hailed at the twilight's last gleaming'
Whose broad stripes and bright stars through the perilous fight
O'er the ramparts we watched, were so gallantly streaming'

Every time that 3-year-old Drake Grillo sees someone perform The National Anthem, his parents say he is in complete awe. He quickly picked up on the lyrics and started to sing it all around the house. But then, came the opportunity that little Drake had been waiting for.

Drake parents are season ticket holders for the Auburn Doubledays, a minor league team in New York. The ballpark was holding a fundraiser for the hospital that helped treat Drake’s sister for hip dysplasia and Drake was going to sing ‘The National Anthem’ at the game. But then, the team needed Drake sooner and his chance to shine was finally here.

Just watch as he holds the microphone so confidently and belts out the classic words of ‘The Star-Spangled Banner.’ The National Anthem is never an easy song to sing, but Drake truly put his all into it. From beginning to end, Drake sang his heart out and it was full of pride for his country.

It’s so heartwarming to watch this cutie do exactly what he loves and I think he definitely did this song justice. I just love how much passion he puts into each and every word. What did you think of little Drake and his National Anthem performance? I hope we continue to hear more from this pint-sized cutie!
