Award-winning country artist Thomas Rhett teams up with some of the greatest names in music for the inspiring new song, ‘Be A Light.’

All proceeds from the powerful single will go to the MusiCares COVID-19 Relief Fund, which supports music industry members in need.

“In a world full of hate, be a light
When you do somebody wrong, make it right
Don't hide in the dark, you were born to shine
In a world full of hate, be a light”

Thomas Rhett wrote ‘Be A Light’ back in 2019 with with Josh Miller, Josh Thompson and Matt Dragstrem. But, after the recent tornadoes in Nashville and the global pandemic of the Coronavirus, he felt led to release the song now.

Teaming up with the superstar vocals of Chris Tomlin, Hillary Scott, Reba McEntire, and Keith Urban, ‘Be A Light’ is truly a song our whole world needs at the moment.

Rhett told Nash Country Daily “The voices who join me on this track are some of the brightest lights I know. I hope this song serves as a reminder that we are all in this together.”

“In a place that needs a change, make a difference
In a time full of noise, just listen
'Cause life is but a breeze, better live it
In a place that needs a change, make a difference”

In these troubling times, it is so important to always look for the good. And we can all do our part by being a part of the love and joy. What a beautiful message from this ensemble of talented artists.
