Bluegrass Band Sings 'That River Gonna Rise'

Published In Other

‘That river gonna rise
And cover my feet
Rain's been coming down
Falling in sheets
The north wind my blow
And galvanize our souls
We won't ever have to build a boat
God already gave that rainbow’

One day we will all be reunited in Heaven and what a glorious day that will be indeed. The Lord made the ultimate sacrifice for us when He sent His only Son to die for our sins. Because of that sacrifice, we are now all forgiven. We are free of our chains and all our sins have been washed away.

There is no reason to be afraid when the Lord is by our side. He is truly our light and our strength when times get dark. You are sure to be reminded of this as you listen to the powerful lyrics of ‘That River Gonna Rise’ from the Nashville Tribute Band. This talented group has such a unique sound and they truly give all the praise to the Lord.

I just love this bluegrass worship tune and the amazing vocals that go along with it. There’s no doubt that these men have a God-given talent for singing and it’s so amazing to hear them use that gift to give praise to His name. It will truly remind us that when we put our trust in the Lord, He will take control. And when God holds the key, He will put us right where we need to be. Who else is singing these lyrics out loud?
