Does God Make People Handicapped? A Study of Exodus 4:11

Men have used Scripture such as Exodus 4:11 to teach that God has predestined people to be born with sickness, disease, and handicaps. But is this what the passage is teaching? In this lesson, Pastor Troy Edwards explains how the passage, when understood in the light of the ancient Hebrew permissive idiom as well as in comparison to the work of Christ on mankind's behalf, does not teach that God is the inflictor of handicaps or sickness.
