On Instagram, We The Kingdom wrote about the story behind the powerful lyrics. “This song is so special to us because every time we sing it, and as we were writing it, it reminds us that we are free because of what Jesus did for us on the cross. He took the weight of our sin and the punishment that was ours so that we could have LIFE. We may not feel like it all the time, but it doesn’t change the fact that there is wild freedom in Christ.”
