Girl Dances With Granddad Who Has Alzheimer's

Rachel absolutely loves her granddad. In fact, she takes care of him as he battles the stages of Alzheimer's. Rachel cooks, cleans and takes her granddad for walks. But one of her favorite things is to get him up and moving, especially dancing. Just watch these sweet moments when Rachel and her grandfather dance around the house and seem to have the best time.

Dancing is a great way to relieve stress and get in some exercise. And I'm sure seeing her granddad so happy is another added perk. A lot of young people wouldn't even bother with a 93-year-old granddad, nonetheless help take care of him. But Rachel has proved she's an amazing woman and really loves her granddad.

I'm so glad that they will have these special moments documented on film for years to come. I know Rachel will look back one day and truly cherish these sweet moments.
