The Call Of The Wild' Harrison Ford Stars In Disney Film Based On Popular Book
Harrison Ford stars in the upcoming Disney film ‘The Call Of The Wild’ based on the popular Jack London book. ‘The Call Of The Wild’ was originally released in 1903 as a short adventure novel.
The story follows a dog, named Buck who is taken to Canada during the Gold Rush of the 1890s. Buck is originally from California and his entire life is turned upside down in this new and cold country.
‘The Call Of The Wild’ was followed by the wildly popular book, ‘White Fang’ which also had its own movie adaptation.
Now, this beloved story is coming to life in a whole new way as it graces the big screen. The film describes the title character of Buck. “As the newest rookie on a mail delivery dog sled team--and later its leader--Buck experiences the adventure of a lifetime, ultimately finding his true place in the world and becoming his own master. As a live-action/animation hybrid, THE CALL OF THE WILD employs cutting edge visual effects and animation technology in order to render the animals in the film as fully photorealistic--and emotionally authentic--characters.”
The Call Of The Wild stars Harrison Ford, Dan Stevens, Omar Sy, Karen Gillan, Bradley Whitford and Colin Woodell. With a star-studded cast and a resilient dog as our hero, this Walt Disney film is sure to be a hit with the entire family.
The Call Of The Wild is set to be released on February 21, 2020. Will you be seeing this movie?
