Young Man Caught Verbally Abusing Elderly Waiter

What Would You Do is a hidden camera show that puts strangers in difficult circumstances and records their actions. As you can imagine, the emotions range from person to person.

In this clip, the producers planted 2 actors in a local restaurant. One of the actors was a young man playing the part of a rude customer and the second actor was the older waiter trying to serve the man. When his order doesn't come out right and isn't fast enough, the young man begins to argue and belittle the waiter and even says that he's too old to be working and needs to retire.

These hurtful words were heard by strangers all over the restaurant and most people just couldn't sit by and watch this abuse occur. Some people go straight up to the young man and tell him how they feel while others turn to the waiter and give him words of comfort. What would you do in this situation?
