15-Year-Old Sings Emotional Song For Sick Friend

15-year-old Luke McMahon has been friends with Blair Chapin since preschool. Blair suffers from Sanfilippo syndrome which is a degenerative cell disease with no known cure. For her birthday, Luke decided to help raise awareness of Sanfilippo in hopes of finding a cure one day. So he penned an original song called 'I Won’t Let Go' and dedicated it to Blair.
