Little Girl' - Slain Artist's Mother Shares Powerful Song

Published In Music

Singer and songwriter Christina Grimmie rose to fame as a contestant on The Voice. As an outspoken Christian, Christina touched lives all across the world. Sadly, this young life was tragically killed after one of her concert's in Orlando, Florida. And while Christina may no longer be here on earth, her memory and legacy continues to live on.

Today, her mother, Tina Grimmie, is releasing a song that Christina started writing when she was just 12 years old. This beautiful song, titled 'Little Girl' talks about the special relationship between a mother and a daughter and it was finished while Christina's mom was going through breast cancer treatment. These words gave Tina comfort during hard times and now she's letting the whole world listen to this powerful message.

Christina was truly a one-of-a-kind performer and she is definitely missed by many. I'm so glad that her music continues to touch people and her memory will never be forgotten.
