Man Saves Sea Turtle Tangled In A Plastic Balloon

When this man spotted a turtle in need, he knew he had to step in and help. This stranger jumped into the water and pulled the tangled turtle onto his boat. The turtle had became caught in the trash from a plastic balloon. Thankfully, this man was able to cut him free and return him to the ocean. God bless this Good Samaritan.
