Powerful Youth Drama Set To Lauren Daigle's 'You Say'

Published In Music

A youth group from Roanoke, Virginia performs a powerful drama to Lauren Daigle’s smash hit, ‘You Say.’

The Student Stick Ministry team from Villa Heights Baptist used this Christian anthem as a soundtrack to their inspirational movement.

“I keep fighting voices in my mind that say I’m not enough
Every single lie that tells me I will never measure up
Am I more than just the sum of every high and every low?
Remind me once again just who I am, because I need to know”

The youth group utilizes sticks to compliment their drama as they move in perfect synchronicity to the lyrics. This inspirational track has reached a multitude of ears in the Christian and secular music scene.

‘You Say’ even reached number one on the Christian billboard charts. The words are such a touching reminder of how God never stops believing in us.

“You say I am loved when I can’t feel a thing
You say I am strong when I think I am weak
You say I am held when I am falling short
When I don’t belong, oh You say that I am Yours
And I believe, oh I believe
What You say of me
I believe”

It’s so incredible to see this song reach an entirely new generation of Christ-followers. And the way they are using these words to spread God’s message fills my heart with joy.

What a powerful performance from this youth group. I wish there were more things like this in our newsfeed each day. What about you?
