Frankie Sanchez Sr. risked his life to protect our country serving in the military and his son, Frankie Jr., wanted to follow in his father's footsteps. So Frankie Jr. decided to enroll in the Air Force to be a hero like his dad. According to tradition at Air Force graduation the graduates stand and wait to be 'tapped out' to complete the ceremony. Frankie Sr. was determined to be the one to tap out his son, but there was one big obstacle in his way. Frankie Sr. is dependent on a wheelchair after being tragically diagnosed with ALS and it slowly took his body away from him and left him in a wheelchair. But this hero was determined to stand to tap out his son. And when you see the moment he walks out of his wheelchair and over to his son you're going to need the tissues! What an incredible moment.
