Woman Discovers She Has Thyroid Cancer After Watching HGTV Star

Candace was at home watching a segment about Tarek El Moussa from HGTV’s Flip or Flop on The Doctors. Tarek was sharing his story of battling thyroid cancer and the doctors offered a simple test for viewers to do at home to look for a swollen thyroid. This led Candace to discover that she also had thyroid cancer. Now, she is in remission and giving thanks to the television show that helped save her life.
