Children's Choir Spreads Joy With 'Rule the World' On Britain's Got Talent
The talented children’s choir of Flakefleet Primary School returns for an incredible finale performance on Britain’s Got Talent. All throughout the season, this amazing group has brought the joy and smiles with their entertaining song and dance routines.
When we first met this school choir when, they blew the judges away with their upbeat audition to ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’ from Queen. It was such an unforgettable routine that judge David Walliams was in tears. He ended up pressing the first golden buzzer of the season for the group. Flakefleet Primary School is led by headteacher David McPartlin. He wanted to create something that was unique and fun for the children and the audience.
Each routine is full of all kinds of costumes and acrobatics happening across the stage while the choir sings. For their big finale performance, the children are grooving along to ‘Rule The World’ from Take That.
“Yeah, you and me, we can ride on a star
If you stay with me, girl
We can rule the world
Yeah, you and me, we can light up the sky
If you stay by my side
We can rule the world”
This routine is truly bigger than anything the kids have ever done before. There are astronauts, aliens and singing planets and stars in this fun-filled number. This group knows how to entertain and they’ve brought so much happiness to the Britain’s Got Talent stage this year. I have a feeling that we will be seeing a lot more of this incredible choir in the future.
