Man With Down Syndrome Visits Brother At Windsor Castle

Published In Other

A man with Down Syndrome is overcome with excitement after visiting his brother who works at Windsor Castle. I don’t think there's anything sweeter than the relationship between siblings. It is a bond that is different than anything else in this world. God has put these special people in our lives for a reason and watching the relationship strengthen over time is absolutely amazing. Whether you have multiple siblings or just one special friend, these people truly have a huge impact on your life and future.

Sam absolutely loves his younger brother Jack. Today, he’s getting the chance to visit his brother at work and it’s a very special encounter. Sam has Down Syndrome and his brother is a guard at Windsor Castle for the queen and it’s a very prestigious position. Jack must stand at attention and be very still during duty. Now, Sam gets to see his baby brother in action and it’s the sweetest moment.

Just watch as he walks right up to his brother and stands beside him for a special picture. Sam was escorted by some of his brother’s fellow guards and they made sure he was able to get close to Jack without disturbing his duties. Sam looks so proud of Jack as he stands up next to him and when they finally get to embrace after Jack’s shift is up, it warmed my whole heart.

It's truly a touching moment between brothers and I just love watching their faces light up. It's obvious that these siblings are great friends and truly have a special relationship. Who else is smiling so big right now?
