Published In Music

The talented boys’ choir of Libera performs an incredible rendition of the Christmas classic ‘Carol Of The Bells.’

This beloved song is a favorite by many and hearing this performance in a church is absolutely beautiful. Just listen as their voices come together to proclaim the good news.

"Hark how the bells,
Sweet silver bells,
All seem to say,
Throw cares away
Christmas is here,
Bringing good cheer,
To young and old,
Meek and the bold."

Libera is an all-male choir that has received international attention for their unique sound and performances. On their Facebook page, the group describes themselves as “a real 'boy band' whose young members have become known for their unique musical style in concert and on their atmospheric albums, which have topped classical and mainstream charts across the world.”

Together, the group has received viral success with classic hymns such as ‘O Holy Night’ and ‘Amazing Grace.’ Today, they are helping to usher in the Christmas season with this special performance of ‘Carol Of The Bells.’

There’s something about seeing these young men all dressed in white standing at the front of the church that makes this song so much more powerful.

"Gaily they ring
While people sing
Songs of good cheer,
Christmas is here.
Merry, Merry, Merry, Merry Christmas,
Merry, Merry, Merry, Merry Christmas."

Christmas is truly the time of year that we come together and celebrate the birth of our Savior. One that fateful night, the whole world received their King. What a beautiful blessing, indeed!
