Singer Bonnie Anderson Performs 'You Say' By Lauren Daigle On Britain's Got Talent
Bonnie Anderson returns to the Got Talent stage with a moving performance of ‘You Say’ by Lauren Daigle.
This powerful single earned worldwide attention and even won a 2019 Grammy Award. The poignant lyrics serve as a reminder that when we feel small, God can lift us to greater heights.
“I keep fighting voices in my mind that say I'm not enough
Every single lie that tells me I will never measure up
Am I more than just the sum of every high and every low
Remind me once again just who I am because I need to know”
Bonnie Anderson was just 12 years old when she won the first season of Australia’s Got Talent. Her bold voice captured the attention of the judges and she’s continued to rise in the music industry.
Now, she’s back on the big stage as a contestant on Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions. This special format features 45 competitors from all of the Got Talent franchises.
For six weeks, these all-stars will battle it out to see who will be crowned the ultimate champion. The list of contenders includes past winners, finalists and fan-favorites. Bonnie clearly made an impression as she belted out the lyrics to Lauren Daigle’s hit, ‘You Say.’
“You say I am loved when I can't feel a thing
You say I am strong when I think I am weak
And you say I am held when I am falling short
And when I don't belong, oh You say I am Yours”
God is truly our light and our strength. These words remind us that when we put our trust in Him, there is no obstacle we cannot face.
